About HeyMyBiz

HeyMyBiz is a job and enquiry tracking service designed to help sole traders and small businesses organise customer enquiries, keep track of potential Jobs and remember follow-up actions.

HeyMyBiz may use artificial intelligence to help extract and organise information provided by users and to suggest follow-up actions and reminders.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account and for keeping your login details secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, please contact us.

Your information

You retain responsibility for the information you enter into HeyMyBiz, including information about your customers and potential customers.

You must only enter, store or use information where you have an appropriate right or lawful reason to do so.

You must not use HeyMyBiz to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive content.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated information

HeyMyBiz uses artificial intelligence to help organise information and may suggest Job details, follow-up actions, dates, times or other information.

AI-generated information can sometimes be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing information generated by HeyMyBiz before relying on it or acting on it.

HeyMyBiz should be used as an organisational aid and not as a substitute for your own business judgement.

Reminders and follow-ups

HeyMyBiz may provide reminders and other features intended to help you remember follow-up actions.

We cannot guarantee that every reminder or notification will be delivered at a particular time or successfully received. You remain responsible for managing your customer relationships, appointments, quotations, deadlines and other business commitments.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse HeyMyBiz or attempt to interfere with its normal operation or security.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data, use the service for unlawful purposes, or deliberately introduce malicious software or other harmful material.

Availability of the service

We aim to keep HeyMyBiz available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may occasionally change, update, suspend or restrict parts of the service, including while HeyMyBiz is being developed or maintained.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HeyMyBiz will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost business, lost profits, missed opportunities or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Ending your use of HeyMyBiz

You may stop using HeyMyBiz at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, the service is being misused, or we are required to do so by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as HeyMyBiz develops. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users.

Your continued use of HeyMyBiz after updated Terms take effect means that the updated Terms will apply to your continued use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that may apply in the country where you live.
